1. Privacy policy

 

Barcelona Strings Events informs users about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of users' personal data. In this sense, Barcelona Strings Events guarantees compliance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data, reflected in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and the compliance with the legal requirements stipulated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the  council, of April 27, 2016. The use of this form implies the acceptance of this privacy policy.

 

 

2. Data collection, purpose and processing

 

Barcelona Strings Events has the duty to inform the users of its form about the collection of personal data that can be carried out, either by sending an email or when filling out the forms. In this sense, Barcelona Strings Events will be considered responsible for the data collected through the previously described means.

 

In turn, Barcelona Strings Events informs users that the purpose of the  processing of the collected data includes: the attention to requests made by users, the inclusion in the contacts agenda, the provision of services, the management of commercial relationship and other purposes such as the management of collaborations and sponsorships.

 

The operations, management and technical procedures that are carried out in an automated or non-automated way and that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data, are considered personal data processing.

 

All personal data, which are collected through the Barcelona Strings Events form and, therefore, have the consideration of personal data processing, will be incorporated into the internal files for Barcelona Strings Events

 

 

3. Communication of information to third parties

 

Barcelona Strings Event informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception that the transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a manager of treatment In this last case, data will only be transferred to the third party when Barcelona Strings Event has the express consent of the user.

 

 

4. User rights

 

Organic Law 3/2018, of  December 5, Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights grants interested parties the possibility to exercise a series of rights related to the treatment of their personal data.

 

In this way, the user's data is processed by Barcelona Strings Events. Users will be able to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the current legal regulations on the protection of personal data.

 

To make use of the exercise of these rights, the user must go to the following email address: barcelonasintrgsevents@gmail.com, by means of written communication, providing documentation that proves his identity (DNI or passport). This communication must reflect the following information: number and last name of the user, the request, address and credentials.

 

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user himself. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as legal representative of the authorized person. In this case, the documentation must be provided that accredits this representation of the interested person.
